Corruption in the government, former deputy minister: Either women are corrupt, or they adapt so that the bosses don't get tired

The former Deputy Minister of Finance, Irena Beqiraj, has raised some questions about corruption in Albania and the dilemma of whether women are really more corrupt than men in the government.

In a post on Facebook, Beqiraj writes that according to studies it has been proven that men are more corrupt than women, but surprisingly in Albania, according to her, the opposite happens. Beqiraj ironizes the bosses and senior leaders of the government, when he says that "either the women of our country are a different type, or they have decided to adapt" in front of the luxuriously dressed bosses who supposedly wage war on corruption.

Beqiraj adds that the Albanian phenomenon does not agree with the study and according to her, there is something wrong.

Adapted women or corrupt women?

In scientific studies on corruption all over the world, there is a direct connection between it and economic development, the culture of society, good governance, the age of democracy, and the communist legacy. But in no study have I come to the conclusion that women are more corrupt than men, on the contrary, the opposite is proven.

In Albania, so far, mostly women have been accused and arrested for corruption. It is the women who boldly ask to "eat apples and pears" behind the arms of their bosses! Surprisingly, women dare to commit corruption, they have abandoned integrity, the very quality for which they were elected in the first place, when the bosses dressed in Brioni suits and their bosses with Luis Vuitton bags (with small salaries) ask them to "open war" no compromise" to this cursed disease.

Well, this goes against all the results achieved scientifically by behavioral researchers and economists in the last three decades.
