They cut the monitoring device with scissors, Home Office: Albanians are

The increase in deportations from England has resulted in the multiplication of cases where Albanian asylum seekers arrived in dinghies or trucks, at least once they have broken the conditional freedom granted by the immigration tribunals, while they are waiting for the asylum review.

Home Office The English Ministry of Internal Affairs told Top Channel how many Albanians broke their parole during the last 15 months.

"For the period January 1, 2022 to April 1, 2023, the total number of asylum seekers of all nationalities, who broke their freedom on condition, was 44,957. For the same period of time, the number of Albanians who did not comply with the condition known as "immigration bail" was 12,842.

It is important to emphasize, says the Home Office, that those persons who have violated their conditional freedom once, may have appeared the following week.

“We take further steps if the person does not comply with the conditions of their bail. They are the addition of bail conditions, home visits, arrests and obtaining financial guarantees".

Immigration lawyers in London interviewed by Top Channel explain the breach of parole by 12,842 Albanians as related to the fear of repatriation by agreeing to stay in the black.

There are many videos posted on Tik Tok where Albanians in England cut with scissors the monitoring device which is placed on the ankle, known as "Albanian Rolex".

This type of monitor is one of several paroles granted by immigration courts to asylum seekers.

All this to escape the weekly deportations from England to Albania with special charter planes./ TCH
