For several months, another substance has been circulating, which can be found quite simply in bars, and in other premises, a type of drug that is taken with balloons.
A viral video shows this, where a group of teenage girls are seen drinking nitrous oxide through balloons.
The video published by JOQ shows how one of the minors cannot stand up after consuming gas.
This 'method', which is used to have fun by many young people, has been described as having serious health consequences.
For this reason, the dangerous nitrous oxide balloons that are freely sold in the premises of Tirana will be banned by law.
