Kim Kardashian has announced a lawsuit against Roblox, after her six-year-old son, Saint, had seen an advertisement inside this game that suggested that it was for "Kim's new sex video".

In a recent episode of "The Kardashians" titled ("Burn Them All to the Fucking Ground"), the founder of "SKIMS" was upset and confused when her son, Saint West, told her what he had seen in the game. 

When Saint explained that the ad was a one-on-one Roblox game, she replied: “Is this in the game? "Then we will sue them if it is a game with my name and picture." Kim later stated that the ad in question claimed to have had additional unpublished footage of her 2007 sex tape. In the same episode, Kardashian told in more detail about what she saw on her son's device.

"It was a click, meaning that if you clicked on it, a new sex tape would be released, " she said.

"If my son was a little older and able to read, I would be upset ," the Keeping Up star with the Kardashians continued.

Following the broadcast of the show on April 14, Roblox made a statement regarding the event.

"The referenced video was never available on our platform - we have moderation and strict policies to protect our community, including zero tolerance for sexual content of any kind that violates our community rules," the statement said.
