The Greek capital, Athens, is experiencing very high temperatures for this time of year, with the thermometer reaching 26°C at noon today.

According to the National Observatory of Athens, the morning started with temperatures close to 20°C, a very high value for the month of March. The maximum temperature recorded of 26°C could break previous historical records for this season.
