Donald Trump earlier declared victory as the 47th President of the United States in a tight race against Kamala Harris. Trump thanked his American supporters and declared that he will fulfill every promise made.

The leaders of Europe and the world have conveyed their congratulations to Trump. From French President Emmanuel Macron to Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky, below are some of the world leaders' congratulations to Trump.

"The biggest comeback in the political history of the USA! Congratulations to President Donald Trump on his great victory," Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orbán, a longtime ally of Trump, wrote on social networks. "A much needed victory for the World!"

"Congratulations on the greatest comeback in history!" wrote Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu on X. "Your historic return to the White House offers a new beginning for America and a powerful recommitment to the great alliance between Israel and America."

French President Emmanuel Macron posted on X: “Ready to work together as we have been able to do for four years. With your beliefs and mine. In respect and ambition. For more peace and prosperity.”

"On behalf of myself and the Italian government, my most sincere congratulations to the President-elect of the United States, Donald Trump," said Italian Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni.
