The peace summit in Ukraine, which countries did not sign the joint communique

Saudi Arabia, India, South Africa, Thailand, Indonesia, Mexico and the United Arab Emirates were among the countries that attended the Ukraine peace summit that did not sign the final communique.

Switzerland, which hosted the summit, said at least 90 countries had attended the talks and the vast majority had signed the communiqué.

Brazil, listed in the list of participants as an "observer", is also not among the countries that signed the final communique.

Earlier, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said the support of Western leaders and others at the peace summit showed that international law could be restored.

"I hope we will be able to achieve results as soon as possible. We will prove to everyone that the UN Charter can be restored with full effectiveness,” the Ukrainian president said.
