The political leader of the Democratic Party for the Diaspora, Jozefina Topalli, has expressed with full conviction that it can never happen that the DP boycotts the elections even if the technical government is not implemented.

Topalli has expressed that there is a growing dissatisfaction with the current government, which he said goes from scandal to scandal.
