Enkelejd Alibeaj has withdrawn from the recourse he had filed with the Supreme Court regarding the DP seal and logo, representing Lulzim Basha.
Alibeaj: The decision is individual. At the time I filed the appeal, I was in another position, as the acting chairman of the DP.
We have created a new political entity, we are registered and we are in a coalition.
Since we are a different party, I have no legitimate interest in pursuing a process for the DP logo and seal. Because I was once in another position and today I am not in that position. This is a legal request.
I have no intention of taking the leadership of the DP, its logo or its seal through the court. My decision is individual and does not affect the intentions of other people who may intend to do so.
