DP candidate for deputy, Bardh Spahia accuses Benet Beci of the fact that the projects mediatized by the current mayor of the municipality, Benet Beci, such as lighting, cladding of building facades, the Rus market, etc., are projects submitted by the municipality during the leadership of the Democratic Party.

On social media, Spahia explains that these projects were rejected with contempt and in the wake of the persecution of Shkodra by the Rama government.
