This Friday marks four years since the demolition of the historic building of the National Theater in Tirana.

The head of the DP, Sali Berisha, from the civic gathering, said tonight that the cause of TK is a major objective of the DP, so it will be rebuilt as it was, where it was. 

Berisha : I have a special respect, boundless gratitude for the true artists of this nation, who in an unparalleled battle, defend a national cause.
They protected the achieved symbol of the nation, the National Theater, since 4 years ago, the son of evil demolished it in an act of cultural barbarism at midnight, Erion Veliaj.
Dear friends, the cause of the Theater is a cause of honor.
It is a cause of dignity.
It is the cause of the cultural truth of a nation.
Its protection will remain the DP's main objective. This cause has been embodied and will be embodied in every protest, in every resistance, in every civil disobedience until our final victory, the reconstruction of the Theater where it was, as it was.
