Berisha's message to doctors for women affected by breast cancer: Report

The chief democrat Berisha addressed the doctors and health professionals in Albania for cooperation with the government to hide the lack of medicines for patients with serious diseases, such as cancer.

The democratic leader called the doctors "wretched" and accused them of violating the doctor's oath and the principles of humanity. Berisha said that, unlike the period of the dictatorship when drug shortages were not hidden, now doctors were trying to justify these shortages to protect the image of Prime Minister Rama and other officials. He urged the doctors to publicly denounce the theft of funds and not to become accomplices in this serious situation.

Berisha : Doctors try to deceive and mask the causes of these terrible shortages of medicines for these sick women

The condition of these patients is dramatic, it is a serious indictment, not only for the state of villains, merciless thieves, but also for the tolerance of each of us, and for the white shirts, which behave towards these patients, fortunately bad I have to say, as a miserable being, as a being that kicks the principles of humanity, kicks the doctor's oath.

And here I want to say a word to you. You doctors with documents are proven to try in different ways to justify, even to deceive and mask the causes of these terrible shortages of medicines for these patients, to become partners with their illness to protect the honor of the immoral, Edi Rama, the minister, the director, and so on.

I remind these white blue-collar people, that we who have served in the dictatorship in medicine, I tell you frankly, have never lied to the sick about the lack of medicine.

But I want to be honest, that even the minister of that time never asked us for such a thing. No. There is no medicine, there is no medicine. Not found, not found.

But you who do this, a courageous, humanist, honest journalist with integrity, blackened their shirts, because you blackened them with your attitudes.

Shame on you!

What distinguishes you from those who steal the money for the medicines of these patients from Edi Rama, the minister, the director and so on?

What are those interests that lead you to behave in this manner so occult, so submissive, so deceitful towards your patients?

You can continue, but in front of the Albanians, you have become with all the effort and sweat you pour, I feel great pain, and I don't want to utter a single word about any doctor, any nurse. But you, with those communications with each other, how to hide this, how to hide that.

Well, you don't have the courage to go to the media and denounce these criminals who steal medicine from the sick, who steal people who are languishing.

But at least do not undertake to justify this macabreness never heard of by doctors.
