Anticorruption Commission, Salianji: Xhafaj, subject to the Anti-Mafia Law

The vice-president of the parliamentary group of the blue seat, Ervin Salianji, tells 'Ora News' that the "Anticorruption" commission was set up only for electoral effects of the SP.

Salianji: It seems that this is a commission of the SP and has nothing to do with the development in the Assembly. This commission is nothing more than a takeover of some powers of the Laws Commission.

Fatmir Xhafaj has called three meetings of the commission so far, but DP has not given consensus on its creation and we will not vote to support the initiatives that will emerge from it.

Salianji also accuses the chairman of the commission, Fatmir Xhafaj, reiterating that he is subject to the anti-mafia law.

Salianji: It is a clear signal that people who are immersed in problems with the law and crime, or to favor criminals, because Rama has something in their hands, can be used beyond any doubt that the public has.

The Commission for deepening the reforms for good governance, rule of law and anti-corruption for Albania 2030 in the European Union was established at the beginning of June, while the support for it from the international factor was conditional on the inclusion of other parliamentary parties.
