Law of war, Gjekmarkaj: We want a friendship treaty with Greece, Rama worsened

Deputy Agron Gjekmarkaj, in his speech in parliament, commented on the draft declaration on the law of war.

Gjekmarkaj said that Albania wants a friendship treaty with Greece, adding that Albanian Prime Minister Rama worsened relations with Athens.

"We want a friendship treaty with Greece, without the law of war in the background. We accept today's statement, referring to the treaty in principle. We have been asking for a resolution for years to condemn the Serbian crimes in Kosovo. Now it seems that Rama is interested in something.

I thank Mr. Idrizi for formulating the declaration on the law of war. Relations with Greece are at low levels, because of this government. The government loves Himara for its strategic properties. I invite the Albanian government to be patriotic and not nationalist. I invite you all to vote for the statement" , said Gjekmarkaj.
