The non-appearance of witnesses in the commission, Vokshi: We will ask for

The three Italian citizens, Umbro Stalccini, Elisabetta Anzanello, Giorgio Tardioli, have refused to testify even today in the Investigative Commission for Sterilization and Check Up.

For this reason, the head of this commission, Albana Vokshi, said that they notified the police.

Vokshi said that they have a duty to appear, and she also said that the testimony of Prime Minister Edi Rama and Vilma Nushi is key.

Among other things, Vokshi said that they will request an extension of the deadlines for the work of this commission, since the evidence has not been exhausted.

Vokshi: A notification was made to the state police yesterday, we have no one responsible and we have no notification from the three Italian citizens. They are shareholders, owners, employees of a concession company paid with Albanian taxes, they have an obligation to appear. Thursday is the deadline of the investigative commission. In this sense, I want to inform you that we have 10 witnesses, whose testimony is impossible to exhaust in order to approve the report tomorrow and then in the plenary session.

As MPs, we have requested Vilma Nushi, Prime Minister Edi Rama and today we have submitted two requests for them to appear. They are key evidence for the investigative commission.

We also have citizen Artan Lleshi and Mr. Biba, who are employees of Sani Service.

As the head of the commission, even after consulting with the opposition MPs in this commission, we consider the work incomplete, incomplete evidence. We have asked the institutions for a series of evidence and facts that have not been made available. We need to discuss now to decide what to do about the commission. We have to ask for another postponement.
