The Democratic Party has dismantled Erion Veliaj's scheme for vote manipulation in Tirana.

The member of the National Council of the DP, Silvi Bardhi, said in a statement to the media that she showed how the director of the Municipality of Tirana, Fatjon Dhuli and his friend Hysni Karaj, before the closing of the legal deadline, had rented apartments on the eve of the elections. for residents who do not live in Tirana.

According to Bardhi, 8 residents who are without citizenship in unit 7 but who have not lived a day in these apartments given by Dhuli, turn out to be from the administrative center of Bërxulle e Vorës, Babrroi i Kamza, Bathorja and Librazhdi.

"The investigative show "Piranjat" has discovered the flagrant and irrefutable case of the director of the Municipality of Tirana Fatjon Dhuli and his friend Hysni Karaj who, a few days before the closing of the legal deadline, rented out their 3 apartments in administrative unit no. 7 for 8 residents who are undocumented in unit 7 but who have not lived in these apartments for a single day.

The 8 residents turn out to be from the administrative center of Bërxulle e Vorës, Babrroi i Kamza, Bathorja and Librazhdi.

Caught in a lie by the media, the director of Veliaj, Fatjon Dhuli, has justified himself by saying that he has relatives, while his friend Hysni Karaj did not remember the tenants. Under pressure, the Director of Veliaj and his friend threatened the journalists. This is evidence of the vote manipulation mechanism in Tirana.
