"Rilindja is planning a 'monstrous' theft, Meta: Tender for the purchase of energy, an affair of colossal proportions

Ilir Meta has stated that the government of Edi Rama is preparing an affair of colossal proportions through the opening of the tender for the purchase of energy. The chairman of the Freedom Party stated that "in the tender documents, the fixed purchase price is 270 euros per megawatt, while in the stock market today the price is 147 euros per megawatt."

Meta said that "Rilindja does not expect the energy exchange to be put into operation, but it is clear that the greed of Rilindja to close the next corrupt tender does not wait".

All the prestigious international ones have already fixed our country as the most corrupt country in Europe thanks to the Rilindash government.

The latest feat through the Albanian Energy Corporation is exactly an affair that has not happened anywhere else through the opening of the tender for the purchase of energy for 3-5 years.

This affair of these colossal proportions plans a monstrous theft again in one of the most abused sectors since the Renaissance that of electricity.

Albania has always produced the energy it needs for household consumers. For example, in 2021 it produced 5 Terra Megawatts, out of the 4.5 Terra Megawatts that the country needs.

Currently, we pay 94,000 Euros per day for Vlora's generator ships, which should produce 100 Mega Watts, exactly what is required to be purchased with this corrupt contract.

In the Tender documents, the fixed purchase price is 270 Euros per Mega Vat. Meanwhile, the price on the stock exchange today is 147 Euro/Megawatt. So the differences are colossal, as it is clearly understood that the planned theft is also colossal.

The government has publicly declared through the Deputy Prime Minister that the Energy Exchange will be operational by the end of March. Why is the operation of the energy exchange not expected, which is a regulatory mechanism for the purchase of energy?

Por është qartë, që babëzia e rilindjes për të mbyllur tenderin korruptiv të radhës nuk pret, kështu që deklarata për fillimin e bursës shqiptare të energjisë është thjesht një mashtrim i përsëritur si dhjetëra mashtrime të tjera gjatë këtyre viteve.

Gjithashtu, dihet që KESH ka shitur energji gjatë vitit 2022 me çmime rekord shumë të ulëta, po shumë më të ulëta sesa në bursë.

Me këtë tender korruptiv të energjisë, që gjoja do të blejë energji për 3-5 vjet, lind pyetja e madhe, çfarë do të ndodhë në kohë prurjesh, kur edhe prodhimi i energjisë me kapacitetet aktuale të vendit, është shumë herë më i madh?

Pra, i bie që KESH do të jetë duke shitur energji me 50 Euro/Megavati, e nga ana tjetër po KESH, për shkak të këtij tenderi korruptiv me çmim të fiksuar 3-5 vjet, do vazhdojë ta blejë me 270 Euro Megavati. Pra, do të shkarkojnë ujin pa prodhim energjie, vetëm e vetëm që kontrata korruptive të vazhdojë.

Përse duhet kjo kontratë korruptive kur energjia fare mirë mund t’u blihet nga prodhuesit shqiptarë, të cilëve u është vënë edhe taksë e jashtëzakonshme.

Që çdo shqiptar të kuptojë sa e korruptuar është kjo qeveri mjafton një fakt i thjeshtë: Këta bëjnë tender me çmim të fiksuar 270 Euro/Megavati, kur vetë Bashkimi Europian, ka caktuar një çmim tavan 180 Euro/Megavati për deri në fund të vitit 2024.

Vendi ynë është një vend i bekuar për mundësitë e tij të jashtëzakonshme për prodhim të energjisë elektrike. Falë burimeve hidrike, atyre fotovoltaike, të erës dhe të biomasës, Shqipëria përmbush me lehtësi të gjitha nevojat e saj dhe pa asnjë diskutim mund të eksportojë në mënyrë të vazhdueshme dhe të qëndrueshme energji.

Por, korrupsioni i Qeverisë është ai që ka penguar me çdo mjet shfrytëzimin e këtyre burimeve, të cilat do të prodhonin energji të pastër dhe me çmim shumë të lirë për qytetarët shqiptarë, në mënyrë që të vazhdojnë tenderat korruptivë me qindra milionë Euro në kurriz të qytetarëve shqiptarë dhe në kurriz të bizneseve të ndershme në këtë vend.
