The head of the Democratic Party, Sali Berisha, was summoned this Wednesday to SPAK, while the investigations against him for the 'Partizani' file are nearing completion.

It is learned that Berisha will be informed of the accusation and will be officially presented to him.

Meanwhile, the investigations have also been closed for his son-in-law Jamarbër Malltezi, who must appear within the same date to get acquainted with the results of the "Partizani" file, but his appearance must be at 2:00 p.m.

Jamarbër Malltezi is also under house arrest, while Fatmir Bektashi continues to be required to appear.

In the fall of 2023, the Special Court announced three security measures imposing an obligation to appear on the former prime minister who did not show up to familiarize himself with the measure, while his son-in-law ended up under house arrest from prison arrest.

We remind you that Berisha has been under house arrest since December 2023. Malltezi is also under house arrest.
