The head of FRPD, Besart Xhaferri, commented on the report of the European Commission, which emphasized that politics in Albania exerts pressure on justice.

Xhaferri writes that the EC condemns the decision of the Parliament controlled by Rama not to respect the decisions of the Constitutional Court, which it qualifies as an institution that should be decisive in maintaining institutional checks and balances.
