Beqaj asks to testify with Power Point, Vokshi refuses: We are not at the conference
The former Minister of Health, Ilir Beqaj, is testifying in the Health Investigation Commission for Check Up and Sterilization Concessions.
Beqaj started the testimony with requests after asking to illustrate them with video and audio. Beqaj's request to testify with Power Point was rejected by the chairperson of the commission, Albana Vokshi.
The democratic deputy said that it was not a presentation conference.
THE DEBATE:
Vokshi: Your generals, please?
Beqaj: Ilir Hamit Beqaj, born February 18, 1968
Vokshi: Profession?
Beqaj: Unemployed
Vokshi: Do you have a contextualized statement?
Beqaj: I will make a statement, but I will make two requests. In the legal status, dlifji determines that when you get permission to the court for my testimony, I want to know if the court has a framework for the testimony
Vokshi: The Constitutional Court has determined that the parliamentary investigation does not overlap with the criminal investigation. If we have acted with other witnesses as well, ensuring that we have taken all the appropriate steps, I would invite you to come with the contextualized statement
Ndreca: We are not limited by the letter from the special prosecution
Beqaj: Secondly, even from what I followed from the session, it was often said to inform the public. That's why I want to illustrate with sound, picture and numbers.
I read the rights given by the law and we respect every right. The Code of Criminal Procedure has had the right to a contextualized statement. We are not in a conference, within the rights defined by the law, I would ask you to move on to the statement and the more concise it would be even better. It is evidence that we have been looking for since the beginning of the meeting and the questions are many from the deputies.
