PS-PD reach agreement, Vullnet Sinaj's mandate goes to the

The mandate of Socialist MP Vullnet Sinaj will be sent to the Constitutional Court for review.

The SP and the DP reached an agreement at the Council meeting on Regulations and Mandates.

The head of the DP parliamentary group, Gazment Bardhi, said that Sinaj's company carried out transactions through his company, benefiting from money from the state budget.

"All transactions took place after he took office. His companies have benefited from money from the state budget. In the first session on Monday, they will be voted on in parliament and then taken to the Constitutional Court for incompatibility with the mandate," Bardhi declared.

Klitilda Bushka stated that the majority supports the opposition in its proposal to refer the issue to the Constitutional Court for review.

"The process will be submitted for review to the Constitutional Court. In the first session of the assembly, not in the inaugural session of the session on Monday," Bushka said.
