The Party for Justice, Integration and Unity submitted to KAS a request for a recount of votes for the members of the Municipal Council in Librazhd. In the letter sent, PDIU raises allegations of irregularities in this municipality regarding the process of counting votes.

This political force says that from the counting process, their representatives have noticed irregularities. One of them, it is stated in the document, is the non-reading of the votes by the enumerators.

PDIU evidences another claim of theirs regarding the distribution of votes. They state in the letter that in 17 polling stations, he received one vote, while in only one other center he received 37 votes.

"Many irregularities have been observed by our representatives in these CEAZs, and at the moment of the vote counting process, by the heads of CEAZs, in some cases the reflection of the vote was not pronounced out loud, an action in complete violation of the law ."

"If you see the cameras on the tables of the counting centers, it is found that we have an alienation of the will of the votes, from those declared verbally by the tellers, to those thrown into the system. From the results tables for the Municipal Councils, a phenomenon of strangely, in 17 VCs, the subject of PDIU had only 1 vote, when in these centers there are supporters of this subject over 30 people", says the statement of PDIU.
