6 million dollars for lobbying, journalist reveals details of the DP contract:

Journalist Klodian Tomorri revealed details of the lobbying contract that the Democratic Party signed with the American company "Continental Strategy" through the "Make Albania Great Again" foundation. 

He told MCN that the agreement, which also includes people close to President Trump, provides for a monthly payment of $250,000 for a two-year period, aimed at creating access for the DP to the highest levels of power in Washington and the White House. The initial down payment of $750,000 has been made, while the contract allows for termination after three months.

As part of the services provided, the lobbying company has enabled direct contact with Dan Holler, the chief of staff of Senator Marco Rubio, who has influence on American foreign policy. 
Tomorri emphasizes that if the agreement is fully fulfilled, it will reach a record value of 6 million dollars, making it the largest contract of this type ever signed by an Albanian party with the US.

" Correspondence, we are saying, between the company Continental Strategic and Mr. Nuredin Seci, who appears there as a representative of an Albanian foundation Make Albania Great Again and was later signed on April 4th, also by the Secretary General of the Democratic Party, Mr. Flamur Noka. The contract is as follows, the Democratic Party in the role of the client has contacted through what it calls the Make Albania Great Again Foundation, an Albanian-American foundation, a lobbying company called Continental Strategic, which is or is owned by people who are very close to President Trump in exchange for a monthly payment of two hundred and fifty thousand dollars, in order for the company to lobby the American government and the American Congress on behalf of the party and on behalf of the Democratic Party.

In financial terms, the contract term is two years, but within the contract there is a clause that states that if one of the parties wishes, it can terminate the contract after three months, so it pays the first three months, it pays at the moment of signing the contract, so seven hundred and fifty thousand dollars were paid by the Democratic Party, meanwhile if the Democratic Party terminates the contract after three months, from the moment of signing it, it notifies the company after sixty days that the contract is terminated, it is terminated by three months and this is a lot of money paid.
Of course, this is a contract through which the Democratic Party seeks access to Washington, to the top of the power of the American state, to the top of the hierarchy of the American state.

In the US government and in the White House, because this lobbying company that will lobby in this case is connected to President Trump. All of those people are part of Donald Trump's inner circle. She is his lawyer, she is the daughter of his campaign manager and now she is his chief of staff and the former chief of staff of the Secretary of State, Marco Rubin, and one of the first services under the contract that the lobbying company has provided is for the account of the Democratic Party. 

It was the establishment of a telephone contact with Dan Holler, who is Secretary Rubio's secretary or chief of staff, so the first contact was with the Secretary of the State Department who, of course, is the person who follows foreign policy in the American government. 

This is, in summary, the essence of the contract and of course these are contracts which, this is not the first contract made by an Albanian political party in the United States of America, it is potentially the largest ever made.

Because if it were to be exhausted for its entire two-year term, it would certainly be a sum of six million dollars, which is what makes it practically the largest contract. 

But we cannot say that it will be 100% realized, that it will be six million with 100%, because it has a realization time of two years. 

The implementation period is two years, but there is always the option of termination before the time by either party at their own will."
