Azgan Mërnica, the 23-year-old who, at noon on May 13, executed with a firearm the effective of the Eagles, Novruz Cenaliajn, will appear before the Fier court today.

During the confrontation, the 23-year-old shot the officer in the head with a bullet, causing his death.
His escape in the villages of Fier ended after 70 hours, when the young man's family members decided to hand him over to the police.
