10 people are arrested in Tirana

10 people were arrested in Tirana for various criminal offences. A 39-year-old man was put in handcuffs after he was caught red-handed trying to steal a store on Elbasan street. While a 27-year-old strongly opposed the police and was arrested. 

Police notification:

Tirana/10 citizens were arrested for various criminal offences.

Crime Investigation Specialists of the Police Station No. 1 arrested the citizen B. Sh., 39 years old, a resident of Tirana, after he was caught red-handed trying to steal from a store, on Elbasan Street.

Crime Investigation Specialists of the Police Station No. 2 arrested the citizen DG, 27 years old, a resident of Tirana, after he forcibly resisted a police officer, due to duty.

Crime Investigation Specialists of the Police Station No. 4 arrested citizens:

- ST, 56 years old and SH, 57 years old, both residents of Tirana, after yesterday they had a physical conflict with each other with cutting tools, for weak motives;

- AH, 32 years old, and ZV, 22 years old, both residents of Zall Bastar, after they were found cutting trees, illegally, in the place called "Mal Vilze";

- LD, 35 years old, resident in Tirana, after having abused his wife.

Crime Investigation Specialists of the Police Station No. 6 arrested EM citizen, 24 years old, resident of Ndroq, after he broke the "House Arrest" security measure.

The specialists of the Tirana Traffic Police Station arrested the citizens:

- AD, 31 years old, resident of Tirana, after he was caught driving the vehicle, under the influence of alcohol;

- EM, 24 years old, after driving the vehicle, in a drunken state, collided with the driver SD, 41 years old, living in Tirana.

The procedural materials were passed to the Prosecutor's Office at the Court of First Instance of the General Jurisdiction in Tirana, for further actions.
