The court of Tirana found Fatjon Murat innocent, while Kristjan Gjin was sentenced to 7 years and 6 months in prison, which was reduced to 5 years with a shortened trial.
The hearing took place regarding the weapons base found in a villa on the outskirts of Tirana.
Franceska Kolgjegja was sentenced to 90 years for public service work. Murat remains in search of leaving the apartment, as he was under "house arrest".
The Prosecutor's Office of Tirana had requested 3 years in prison for Murataj, who turns out to be the owner of the bar in "Don Bosko" where the bar's bartender Mimoza Paja died in an assassination attempt and six others were injured.
Murataj was blamed by the prosecution for "Unauthorized possession and production of weapons, explosive weapons and ammunition" in the apartment. Murataj was identified by a finger that was found in a suitcase in Kristian Gjin's apartment.
