Celibashi from Kukësi: No technical problem, the presence of unauthorized persons has been reported
The Central Election Commission, Ilirjan Celibashi, was in Kukës where he closely observed the voting process.
Celibashi told the media that so far there has been no technical problem. He said that some dissatisfaction has been reported by representatives of the "Bashke Fitomje" coalition.
"My arrival here in Kukës is not related to any cause related to possible problems. My arrival here in Kukës is not related. We have simply come with a large team to assist as much as the entire part of the electoral administration that deals with the administration of the electoral process may need. From what has been reported, it does not appear that there were problems in the technical aspect of the development of the process.
Some concerns have been presented by representatives of the coalition "We win together" regarding the presence in some voting centers of people who were keeping track of the voters who went to vote. We went to these centers, at least at that time it did not turn out that there were people and in general there were no reports of problems. We have addressed it as a concern" , said Celibashi.
