Seven lives and 876 new cases is the balance of Covid-19 in Albania in the last 24 hours.

The Ministry of Health in the daily report announces that 503 citizens have been cured and that currently in 4 COVID hospitals, 280 patients are being treated, 20 in intensive therapy of which 7 patients are intubated.

“ Confirmed positive cases have been identified in the following municipalities: 179 cases in Tirana, 72 cases in Vlora, 59 cases in Elbasan, 56 cases in Durrës, 45 cases in Kavaja, 33 cases in Shkodra, 28 cases in Saranda, 26 cases in Kruja , Lezhë, Kurbin, 22 cases in Fier, 19 cases in Kukës, 18 cases in Lushnje, Shijak, 17 cases in Berat, Kamëz, Gramsh, 14 cases in Tepelena, 13 cases in Mirditë, 12 cases in Librazhd, 10 cases in Mat , Delvinë, Dibër, Vora, 9 cases in Gjirokastër, Malësi e Madhe, Patos, 8 cases in Vau i Dejës, 7 cases in Korçë, Pogradec, Ura Vajgurore, Skrapar, 6 cases in Mallakastër, Peqin, 5 cases in Rrogozhinë, Tropojë , 4 cases in Divjaka, Kolonjë, Kuçovë, Cërrik, Poliçan, 3 cases in Has, Belsh, Prrenjas, 1 case in Përmet, Roskovec, Himarë, Memaliaj, Këlcyrë.

In the last 24 hours, 503 citizens have been cured, bringing the number of cured people to 45,383 since the beginning of the epidemic.

Currently in 4 COVID hospitals, 280 patients are being treated, 20 in intensive therapy of which 7 patients are intubated.

Despite the efforts of the medical staff, 7 citizens lost the battle with COVID19 in the COVID hospitals. 4 citizens from Tirana, 1 citizen from Librazhd, 1 citizen from Elbasan, 1 citizen from Lezha, aged 57-87 ” , explains the Ministry of Health.
