The head of the Albanian Development Fund, Dritan Agolli, left SPAK a few minutes ago. It is not yet known what he was summoned by the Special Prosecutor's Office, but there are suspicions that it has to do with a tender that was suspiciously awarded to the chef of his son's restaurant.
