Power transformer damaged in Pogradec, over 200 families without electricity

An unidentified citizen has hit an electricity transformer with a truck in the village of Bucimas, Pogradec municipality, leaving over 200 families without electricity. The damage to the transformer is extensive and will require several hours of work to restore power supply.
OSHEE working groups, together with the State Police, have immediately arrived at the scene to repair the damage and identify the perpetrator. According to official information, the possibility of installing a new transformer is being considered, as the existing one was severely damaged by the impact.
Fortunately, there were no injuries from the electricity, even though the transformer is located near the homes. The police are engaged in investigating the incident and finding the perpetrator.
