Five people were handcuffed in Shënavlash, Durrës, after police discovered an apartment that had been adapted and turned into a 'grass house'.

According to police, the apartment on the fourth floor had been turned into a drug lab, where narcotics were cultivated and packaged. 

Police have announced that Sherif Kola and his son Igli Kola, residents of Shënavlash village, have been arrested in flagrante delicto, while 3 OSHEE employees, Dritan Axhami, Serkid Pelinci and Agron Koçi, have also been arrested, accused of abuse of office and failure to report a crime. .

 15 kg and 100 grams of suspected cannabis sativa and 254 narcotic plants were found and seized in the apartment.
