Florian Marku is declared champion for the WBC Silver title, defeating the Mexican boxer, Miguel Parra Ramirez, at the 'Air Albania' stadium in Tirana.
Marku defeated the Mexican boxer by points after 10 rounds, ranking 43rd in the world in the Weltereight weight class.
Thousands of citizens were present at the "Air Albania" stadium and millions of others watched it on the screen. Marku won with 96 to 91 points.
"I'm not superman, but I give my soul. Thank you for coming and supporting me" , Marku said after the victory.
