According to the decision of the commissioner, Ilirjan Celibashi, out of the total 131 million Lekë distributed to parties for the electoral campaign, 65,291,390 Lekë will go to the SP, the party that received the largest number of votes in 2021, followed by the DP, which will receive 44,818,545 Lekë.

Also, 9.1 million Lekë will go to the Freedom Party led by Ilir Meta, while Dom Doshi's Social Democratic Party has been made available with 3 million Lekë.

Political entities allied with the Democratic Party, which in 2021 and in these elections have taken refuge in the coalition led by Sali Berisha, will also receive funds. The Republican Party (PR) will receive 2,689,112.70 Lekë, the Justice, Integration and Unity Party (PDIU) will receive 1,792,735 Lekë, the Union for Human Rights Party (PBDNJ) will receive 896,370.90 Lekë, the Agrarian Environmentalist Party (PAA) will receive 896,370.90 Lekë, while the Legality Movement Party (PLL) will receive 896,370.90 Lekë.

Dashamir Shehi's LZHK, which is already in another coalition, will also receive 896,370.90 Lekë, while Nisma Thurje, which competed alone in 2021, will also receive funds and will be rewarded with 868,445 Lekë.

Political parties that have competed in coalition with the Democratic Party benefit from funding because the candidates who come from their ranks have maintained their party identity on multi-name lists, and each of their votes is counted as a vote for the party.

Due to the law, not all parties competing for the May 11 elections will receive state funding for their campaigns, as the beneficiaries are those entities that have competed in the previous elections and have managed to win votes, but have reached 1% of the votes at the national level.

According to the Electoral Code, "the calculation of the amount due to each party is obtained by multiplying the monetary value of a valid vote by the number of valid votes received by each party in the previous elections of the same type."

Therefore, not every party that competed in the 2021 elections has received funds, out of 53 such parties, only 11 have managed to meet the legal criteria. Some of the political forces competing in the May 11 elections also remain without funds, as some of them are new to these elections and others did not reach 1% of the votes in the 2021 race.
