Journalist: Politicians are blackmailed with intimate videos, they don't report, but they pay money
Journalist Aida Topalli has said that many people in our country have intimate videos of political figures, which they use as blackmail to get sums of money.
Invited to the show "Good Morning Albanians" on Euronews Albania, the journalist said that politicians do not report cases, but give money to people who blackmail them with these videos.
Topalli did not give concrete names of politicians.
"There have been cases that certain people have videos of people who are in politics and they send them in the form of a fine so that it is not published, you have to give me this much money. They prefer to give money and the video is not shown, than to go to the police to file a report and the video is not shown. We have characters in Albanian politics who have video and cannot go to report to the police ," she said.
