Two people have been arrested after forcibly taking the cellphones of a tourist in "Skënderbej" Square.

According to the police, LA, 22 years old, and Xh. M., (L)., 31 years old, stole the phones of the citizen DC, 43 years old. The arrest was made after the tourist reported two unidentified people who had robbed him.
