The High Court today dismissed the appeal of Redian Rraja, who was sentenced to life imprisonment for the assassination attempt on the Shkozet overpass, where former Durrës prosecutor Arjan Ndoja, his friend Aleksandër Laho alias Pellumb Muharremi known as Rrumi, were injured and driver Andi Maloku lost his life.
Redjan Rraja was arrested in Shkodra, at the Hani i Hoti border crossing, in an attempt to flee to Montenegro, after his fingerprints were found on the vehicle used during the assassination.
