Teacher arrested for sexually harassing underage students in Librazhd

Police have detained a 55-year-old citizen who works as a teacher at the Rrajcë Skënderbej 9-year-old school, after he was reported for sexual harassment of two minors.

Specifically, Fatmir Hoxha had two police complaints filed by the families of two of his students, aged 13 and 14, who claim that the teacher systematically harassed and sexually harassed them.

The community even demanded his dismissal.

After reporting the matter to the police, the teacher left the village and was immediately detained at Rinas airport for attempting to leave Albania by plane.

Preliminary investigations revealed that the teacher had repeated this incident on several occasions within the month. Evidence supporting the complaint was also obtained.
