The High Court rejected this Thursday the request of the leader of the Democratic Party, Sali Berisha, to exclude the three judges composed of Ilir Panda, Sokol Binaj and Sander Simoni, from reviewing his appeal for the security measure "compulsory appearance".

The decision was made by Judge Enton Dhimitri, who confirmed the current composition of the panel of judges for the case in question.

The case is related to the appeal that Berisha filed against the decision of the Court of Appeal, which confirmed the security measure "compulsory appearance" against him, within the framework of the investigations into the "Partizani" file, where he is accused of passive corruption of senior officials.
