"K'cimi i Tropoja" part of the Representative List of the

"K'cimi i Tropoja" is officially declared part of the Representative List of the Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity.

 The Minister of Economy, Culture and Innovation, Blendi Gonxhja writes on social networks that the announcement came after the evaluation by the UNESCO Evaluation Organization, during the 19th session of the Intergovernmental Committee for the Preservation of Intangible Cultural Heritage, in Asuncion, Paraguay. 

"A heritage that conveys rhythms, emotions and our national identity, now recognized globally as a cultural treasure. Another step towards raising national values, making us even prouder of our country!" , writes Gonxhe.

"K'cimi i Tropoja" is another unique Albanian element that is presented for this list, which promotes Albanian cultural wealth on the international stage.
