Kosovo wins first gold medal in "Tokyo 2020", politics hails Distria Krasniqi's triumph

Kosovo has won its first gold medal at the Olympic Games in Tokyo. Judoka Distria Krasniqi has defeated her Japanese opponent, Funa Tonaki in judo.
The political leaders of the majority and the opposition in Albania have reacted to the triumph of Kosovo. Prime Minister Edi Rama has shared a photo of Krasniqi on Facebook, calling him a "Lioness".
While the leader of the Democratic Party, Lulzim Basha has posted a photo of the judoka with the inscription "Pride".
