"He's farting, should I put a stopper on him?", teacher bullies child in front of class

The show "Stop" is set in Kamza at the "100-vjetori" school, after Klodiana Hoxha, the parent of a 9-year-old student, complains that teacher Ylber Milloshi is bullying her son.

"I am a mother of 5 children. My first child is 12 years old. My 9-year-old child continues to be bullied by teacher Ylber Milloshi. The child has been bullied continuously, I have filed a complaint with the school principal and she has taken the necessary measures. She has moved my son from Ylber's class to another class. Meanwhile, the teacher continues to bully my son, insulting him in the middle of the class," said Klodiana Hoxha.

Even his own son, Luis Hoxha, says that teacher Milloshi addresses him with the words "stutterer", "crooked" or tells him to fart in front of the class.

"The teacher bullied me until fourth grade. He called me a stutterer, you don't know how to walk. Ylberi told me that you fart and embarrass me. The other kids laughed and made fun of me. I even went to a psychologist once. The psychologist told me that we would tell the principal,"  the boy says.

Luisi says he went to a psychologist and she told him she would take the problem to the principal. Even though she changed her son's class, Klodiana says that during a confrontation at the principal's office, teacher Ylber Milloshi told him he would cut off the heads of Klodiana and her children.

"From the very beginning, I informed Mine Uka, the school principal, and she said that with this kind of problem that you are coming to me, Ylber Milloshi should immediately leave his apron and let him find a lesson wherever he wants, not at my school anymore. My son went to the next class and Ylber was still going on. When it was English class, he had nothing to do and would go to the class bullying the boy. He told him that I have been holding you back, you idiot, you pervert. In a meeting that I had with the professor and the principal, in front of the principal, he said to me 'I will cut off your head and your children'. Then I called the inspector of the "100th Anniversary" school, he called him at exactly 11:30 in the morning and said that I would deal with it, while at 11:30 he threatened me with my life. I ask that my child be comfortable, play and learn like all the other children, not be scared,"  the complainant continued.

When the parent meets the teacher, Ylberi admits that he did this behavior out of anger.

Parent :  Did you bully him? Did you curse at Luis? That's right...!

Teacher Ylber Milloshi:  Yes, honestly, Luisin…

Parent:  Yes, right now…!

Teacher Ylber Milloshi:  Then, come on…!

Parent:  No, I have nothing to do with the frogs! Not with the frogs, no no, but with the frogs… the whole class at Olimbia told me, they said, that Ylber is coming, I swear, I honestly do.

Mësuesi Ylber Milloshi: S’quhet bullizim ajo, o Klod. E di si më ka prish klasën, ore me nder tu m’pjerdh n’klasë!

Mësuesi Ylber Milloshi: Po ça t’bëj unë tashi?

Prindi: Ta marrësh një çikë me t’mira!

Mësuesi Ylber Milloshi: Po s’i flas fare!

Prindi: Atë ditë tek zyra, thuj të drejtën, gjithë ato fjalë të këqija, që m’i the, a m’i the me vërtetë,  apo m’i the nga nervat?

Mësuesi Ylber Milloshi: Po jam njeri me gjak, moj!

Prindi: Që do të pres kokën ty dhe kalamajve…!

Mësuesi Ylber Milloshi: Po kujt do t’i pres kokën unë? Kujt do t’i pres kokën unë? Mos u frikëso fare! Me mua s’ke asnjë gjë! Jemi në rregull dhe s’është çështje faljeje, as ti, as unë! Ti ke mendimin tat, unë kam mendimin tim!

Prindi: Jo, s’është puna tek mendimi.

Mësuesi Ylber Milloshi: Ne do ta rregullojmë këtë punë bashkë, edhe do ta mbyllim!

Prindi: A e the këtë në sy të drejtoreshës, kësaj Mides?

Mësuesi Ylber Milloshi: E kam thënë! Si të thashë atë ditë?

Prindi: Do të pres kokën! Ke kërkuar falje për llafet, që ke thënë tek drejtoresha edhe për bullizim, ore për gjithçka?

Pas ballafaqimit të prindit Klodiana Hoxha me mësuesin Ylber Milloshi gazetarja e “Stop” takon mësuesin në fjalë. Por ky i fundit vijon sjelljen bullizuese teksa pyet klasën e nxënësve, nëse Luisi lëshon gazra në klasë.

Gazetarja: Tek “Stop” ka ardhur një ankesë për ju! Pretendohet se ju e bullizoni vazhdimisht. Ky bullizim vazhdon që para një viti, i është thënë gagaç në klasë, është marrë para klasës i është thënë shtrembaluq. Ofendime që një fëmije të vogël i rëndojnë. Në Shtator kur Luisi ka hyrë në klasë të katërt e kanë hequr si nxënës nga klasa juaj, kot nuk e kanë hequr.

Ylber Milloshi: Nuk i ka pëlqyer më!

Gazetarja: Po kot nuk ka ardhur?

Ylber Milloshi: Jam bullizuar unë prej tij se nuk më ka lënë një ditë që të bëj mësim. Më falni se po flas shqip-shqip, nuk më ka lënë një ditë duke pjerdhur në klasë.

Ylber Milloshi:  Yes, I'm serious! Come to class. (asks the children) How many times has he disrupted our lesson? How many times has he farted in class?

Journalist:  What is this?! This is pure bullying!

Ylber Milloshi:  Well, mine isn't bullying that disrupts my class every day.

Journalist :  It's your fault as a professor for not knowing how to manage it, sir!

Regarding this situation, the school principal Mide Uka organized a meeting with the deputy principals, the psychologist, the teacher, the parent, and the child. The Disciplinary Committee then decided to issue a warning and dismissal notice to the teacher Ylber Milloshi.

"We convened the Disciplinary Committee and the Disciplinary Committee reached the disciplinary measure for the teacher, warning him to resign. It is the decision of the school principal and the Disciplinary Committee for this incident that occurred.
