Fraud with microcredits, the Tirana court leaves in force the security measures for those arrested

The Tirana court has left security measures in effect for the 9 arrested in the microcredit scandal.

4 of them will remain under "prison arrest", 4 others under "house arrest", while another has been declared wanted.

Those arrested, with the duty of private judicial enforcement, had their activity license revoked in 2019 by the Ministry of Justice. Meanwhile, with the help of a notary and lawyers, they have created a scheme to coerce debtors.

The following were arrested in prison:

- Aldo Daka, 35 years old

- Albert Gega, 36 years old

– Edmond Mato, 51 years old

- Arben Meskuti, 46 years old

House arrest:

- Kejda Seferi, 36 years old

- Elda Ibro, 42 years old

- Alketa Tanushi, 39 years old

- Jodisa Dervishi, 35 years old
