Over 200 witnesses in the hearing, SPAK seeks confiscation of the farmer's

SPAK had an unusual hearing today, where over 200 farmers were called to testify about the wealth of one of their fellow villagers, Bektash Shtëpënja.

The Special Prosecution seeks the seizure of the assets of the House with the argument that it is suspected to come from the proceeds of criminal activity that the son of Andrea Bektash Dinga alias (House) alias (Priest), not committed in Italy. The latter pleaded guilty to the criminal offenses of "Illegal Immigration" and "Exploitation of prostitution".

SPAK has identified in the notification the assets of Shtëpënjë which they seek to confiscate.

NOTICE ON PROPERTY PROCEDURE IN CHARGING THE ASSETS OF THE CITIZEN ANDREA DINGA, BEKTASH HOUSES AND OTHER PERSONS RELATED TO THEM, ACCORDING TO NORMATIVE ACT NO. 01 DATED 31 JANUARY 2020 "ON PREVENTIVE MEASURES IN THE FRAMEWORK OF STRENGTHENING THE FIGHT AGAINST TERRORISM, ORGANIZED CRIME, SERIOUS CRIMES AND ORDER AND SIGN CONSOLIDATION"

The Special Prosecution Against Corruption and Organized Crime, following the request of the General Directorate of State Police and Operation Force of Law, has submitted to the Court of First Instance for Corruption and Organized Crime, the request for confiscation of assets of Andrea Dinga and related persons.
It turned out that the Albanian citizen Andrea Bektash Dinga alias (Shtëpënja) alias (Priest), is subject to the normative act, as with decision no. 6995/2014 dated 08 October 2014 of the Court of Appeal in Milan / Italy has been found guilty of the criminal offenses of "Illegal Immigration" and "Exploitation of prostitution". Also, according to the information received from the National Central Office Interpol Tirana, this citizen was arrested in England for the criminal offense "Production and sale of narcotics." In these circumstances, this citizen is subject to the normative act.
From the data administered by Operation Force of Law, it results that this citizen and other related persons do not have legal income to justify their assets.
On this basis, since May 2021, the Special Prosecution Against Corruption and Organized Crime, has submitted a request to the Court of First Instance for Corruption and Organized Crime with the object of confiscation of assets as follows:

•Pasuria e llojit Are, me sipërfaqe 1700 m2 ndodhur në Sauk, në pronësi të Bektash Hasan Shtëpënja;
•Pasuria e llojit apartament, me Sip. 189.4 m4, ndodhur në Sauk Tiranë, në pronësi të Bektash Hasan Shtëpënja;
•Pasuria e llojit garazh, ndodhur në Sauk Tiranë, në pronësi të shtetasit Bektash Hasan Shtëpënja;
•Pasuria e llojit apartament, ndodhur në Draç Durrës në pronësi të Bektash Hasan Shtëpënja;
•Mjeti i llojit autoveturë e markës Mercedez Benz, prodhim i vitit 2011 në pronësi të Bektash Hasan Shtëpënja;
•Mjeti i llojit autoveturë e Markës Audi, prodhim i vitit 2005, në pronësi të Sokol Bektash Shtëpënja;
•Mjeti i llojit motor i markës Harley Davidson, prodhim i vitit 2011 në pronësi të Sokol Bektash Shtëpënja;

Gjatë shqyrtimit gjyqësor të kërkesës së paraqitur nga Prokuroria e Posaçme, subjekti i aktit normativ Andrea Dinga, dhe personat e lidhur, kanë pretenduar që të ardhurat nga të cilat është siguruar krijimi i këtyre pasurive janë si rezultat i punës së shtetasve Bektash Shtëpënja e Sokol Shtëpënja me një autokombajnë, të cilën shtetasi Bektash Shtëpënja e ka blerë nga privatizimi i aseteve të Ish Koperativave Bujqësore. Po kështu ka pretenduar se pas viteve 1990 ai ka punuar në tokat bujqësore të bujqve të Zonës së Kuçovës, duke i ndihmuar ata kundrejt shpërblimit që të korrnin produktet bujqësore me autokombajnën e privatizuar prej tij.
