SPAK has demanded 4 years in prison for the former judge of Elbasan, Zamira Vyshka.

Vyshka and the lawyer Ilir Pashaj, for whom 2 years and 6 months of imprisonment have been requested, were arrested on July 22 by order of SPAK, under the charge of corruption with a scheme that reduced the punishment in exchange for a bribe.

Xjulio Musaj, the convict for whom the money was paid, was convicted for wounding. The family members tried to bribe the former judge by offering her 2 million ALL through their defense lawyer Ilir Pashaj.

Vyshka, by taking bribes, should have influenced to reduce the years of Musaj's sentence.

"The guilty plea of ​​the defendant Zamira Vyshka for committing the criminal offense of "Passive corruption of the judge, prosecutor and other justice officials", provided for by Article 319/s of the Criminal Code and her sentence of 4 (four) years of imprisonment. In application of Article 35 of the Criminal Code "Revocation of the right to exercise public functions", for a period of 3 (three) years.

The guilty plea of ​​the defendant Ilir Pashaj for committing the criminal offense of "Active corruption of judges, prosecutors and other justice officials", in cooperation, provided by articles 319 and 25 of the Criminal Code and his sentence of 2 (two) years and 6 (six) months of imprisonment.

In application of Article 406 of the Criminal Code. Criminally, his final sentence is 1 (one) year and 8 (eight) months of imprisonment. In the application of Article 35 of the Criminal Code "Revocation of the right to exercise public functions", for a period of 2 (two) years, it is stated in the SPAK decision.

Zamira Vyshka is a crooked name in the justice system. The former Elbasan traffic police chief, Fadil Mema, before being executed in Italy in 2015, confessed that the judge was a friend of the Çapja group in Elbasan and that she made decisions on their behalf.

The former officer said at the time that Zamira Vyshka, with a forged file, had declared Sokol Çapjan, accused of a murder in 1993, innocent.
