Police have arrested 27-year-old Elvis Ndreca, who was wanted by SPAK for providing the conditions and material means to commit murder.

It is about planning the murder of Durim Bami.

The 27-year-old is the cousin of the Socialist Party MP in Lezha, Eduard Ndreca. The court has ordered him to be held in prison.

"A 28-year-old wanted man has been arrested, accused by SPAK of providing the conditions and material means to commit murder, committed within the framework of a structured criminal group."

As a result of the checks carried out based on information provided by police intelligence regarding the location of a wanted citizen, the Serious Crimes Investigation Section, in cooperation with the Special Forces Sector for Special Operations and Search, organized and finalized the police operation codenamed "Wanted", during which the citizen was located and apprehended:

EN, 28 years old, resident of Lezha.

For this citizen, the Special Court of First Instance for Corruption and Organized Crime in Tirana has imposed the security measure "Arrest in prison", for the criminal offenses "Providing conditions and material means to commit murder", committed within the framework of a structured criminal group, "Participation in a structured criminal group" and "Committing criminal offenses by a criminal organization and a structured criminal group."
