The Court of First Instance of the General Jurisdiction of Tirana has assigned to this citizen, the security measure "Arrest in prison", for the criminal offenses "Murder with premeditation", carried out in collaboration, and "Unauthorized possession and production of weapons, explosive weapons and ammunition". In 2022, this citizen, in collaboration with 2 others, is suspected of being the perpetrators of the murder of the EP citizen.

Following the procedural actions, the Section for the Investigation of Serious Crimes arrested the citizen JK, 42 years old, who sheltered the wanted citizen.

The operation continued in Memaliaj, carrying out a search in the residence of the AK citizen. During the search, the police services found and seized as material evidence, 1 automatic firearm, 1 shotgun, 1 cartridge necklace, combat cartridges, 2 silencers, 1 bulletproof vest, 40,145 euros, 438,550 new lek and 3,470 dollars. .

The AK citizen, 52 years old, was arrested red-handed for the criminal offense "Unauthorized possession and production of weapons, explosive weapons and ammunition".
