He used to take cancer patients to his private clinic, Gashi: Remove the mass,

Oncology doctor Edmond Gashi, as he appeared today in front of the GJKKO team, to familiarize himself with the security measure, said that there are some patients who are waiting for intervention and they need it.

"Please remove the security measure, you are preventing me from practicing the profession of a doctor. There are 50 biopsies that have come out and are awaiting intervention," he said.

The Prosecutor's Office of Tirana revealed a few weeks ago the abusive scheme, in which doctors and oncology specialists at the "Mother Teresa" University Hospital Center in Tirana, in cooperation with each other, were involved in abuse of their duties, since instead of providing services to patients with tumor diseases, they did the opposite, directing them towards private hospitals with the aim of economic benefit.
