The most powerful passport in the world for 2025, where Albania ranks

Singapore has reclaimed the crown of the world's most powerful passport for 2025, with visa-free access to 195 destinations. This success has left Japan behind, which ranks second with 193 destinations. The passports of these countries offer extraordinary travel opportunities for their citizens.

In this ranking, Albania has climbed to 43rd place, increasing by 5 positions compared to last year. The Albanian passport allows visa-free travel to 123 countries around the world. Kosovo has also made progress, climbing 5 positions and ranking in 63rd place, with the possibility of visa-free travel to 80 different countries.

In the top ranking, European Union countries, including France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Finland and South Korea, share third place, offering visa-free access to 192 destinations. Following these, seven EU countries, which include Austria, Denmark, Ireland, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Norway and Sweden, are in fourth place with 191 visa-free destinations.

In fifth place are Belgium, New Zealand, Portugal, Switzerland and the United Kingdom, which allow visa-free travel to 190 countries.
