They were doing 'shopping' for 11 kg of cannabis towards Montenegro,

11 kg of cannabis are seized and two people are arrested in Lezha.

The police inform that Fran Perlika and Neritan Tosuni have been arrested, after they were shopping for an amount of 11 kilograms of suspected narcotic substance cannabis sativa, in order to sell it to Montenegro.

" In the place called "Mbikalimi i Rëshen", on Rugë e Kombit, the 55-year-old man was caught while selling an amount of 11 kilograms of suspected narcotic cannabis sativa to NT citizens

From the investigative actions so far, it appears that the narcotic substance was bought with the purpose of trafficking to Montenegro.

The amount of narcotics, the 2 vehicles of the arrested citizens, their mobile phones and the amount of money were seized as material evidence", the police announced.

Investigative actions continue for the complete documentation of this criminal activity, as well as for the identification and legal responsibility of other citizens who may have been involved in it.
