The first call for the establishment of this infrastructure in our country was made by the president of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelenski, when he visited Tirana in February of this year, and the Albanian government did not oppose it.

The proposal for the return of the military industry is argued with the geopolitical needs of the time, where the supply of weapons has become necessary for NATO and the countries it supports in war positions.

In addition, engaging in the strengthening of such an industry can also be considered as a profitable activity for the country's economy.

The state-owned company that will be established is expected to restore the former factories to operation, and integrate new technologies in armaments.
